Pre-war badge from portuguese club VITORIA SETUBAL.

I believe CF stands for Clube Fluvial (Riverine Club), as the badge's shape is typical from riverine and nautical clubs, but I can´t surely identify the town. Maybe, just maybe, an old logo from Clube Naval Vilacondense, from Vila do Conde, Northwestern Portugal.

Definitely, not a badge from Vitória Futebol Clube of Setúbal town, as the club never changed the logo from foundation (on 20th November 1910) to this day.
